  Multiaxial warp knitted fabric, tape 3LF〔E567,0°‖E301,+45°‖E301,-45°〕is a non-crimp reinforcing material with 3-axial and layers structure knitted by polyester yarn, which is widely used in producing wind turbine blades, ship, sports, automobile, aerospace, tanks, pipelines, etc. This material is a thick fabric, generally used in the rear part of a blade in the producing process, and the part of finished product is also available for processing and installing.   1   Descriptions of the name of the product
  1.1  “3” indicates the amount of the layers,
  1.2  “LF” means “Multi-layer fabric”,
  1.3  The information in the square bracket describes the layer structure of the fabric, every layer connected by“//”. The correspondent letter “E” to each layer indicates the type of the glass in that layer will be E-glass. Meanwhile, the number of the layer indicates the elemental area and gravity, in unit g/m2, then followed by comma.

——“0º”indicates that the array direction of the yarn parallels to the length direction of the fabric.
——“+45°”indicates that the array direction of the yarn and the across warp lie at an angle of about 45 degrees.

4. Transportation
Should be transported by dry vehicles with canopy, and avoid mechanical damage, direct sunlight and moisture during the transportation.
5. Storage
Should be placed in dry and ventilated storage room, and avoid direct sunlight and heat. Stacking height should conform to GB / T 191 requirements.Temperature of 10 ℃ ~ 35 ℃, and relative humidity less than 85% will be the most appropriate conditions for storage. Storage period is generally 12 months.
